Caliber Collision

I had the most wonderful experience at Caliber Collision in Berkeley working with DuMariea Banks! My car was sent there to be evaluated after a tree limb fell on it, it was totaled. He was gracious and supportive as my work schedule did not allow me to get there as soon as would be expected, he told me to relax and let me know when I would be able to arrive. I told him within two days to clear out the car as it was assessed within one day of being brought in. When I spoke to my newly assigned insurance representative who was too pushy he wanted to connect with caliber collision that day and did not listen to me regarding the fact that I had already been in touch so I just let it happen. When DuMariea got on the three way call all he did was ask me directly did I have the phone number there to which I stated yes. Then I affirmed that my plan to come in day after the next to clear out my car. He said that's great I will see you then! The pushy insurance representative had nothing more to say. When I went in he was at the front desk and went back to help me clear out my car making sure I left nothing inside it. He was just so down to earth, helpful and just human to me in a world t

I had to get my front fender fixed and Calliber did a great job. They communicated the whole time, worked with Enterprise to get my rental car, and gave me the car early. It was cleaned when I got it which was a nice surprise and the dent was completely fixed. Def recommend

I got my tires filled with air, and the $25 car cleaning, and they even got a side mirror back cover that didn’t quite fit and made some changes to it that it fits now. The whole team was very nice, knowledgeable, innovative, and accommodating! Very reasonable pricing too! I spoke with Edgar the most in particular across two weeks and he was very kind. 💐

Caliber Collision always has provided top-notch customer service and terrific execution on all the repairs I've ever had done. They are attentive and kept me updated with the status of my vehicle throughout the repair process. They even finished my job earlier than expected. Caliber is a gold star when it comes to automotive repairs, and I would highly recommend them to anyone facing a similar situation.
